I am your NASN Licensed Nutritionist and Coach.
I was just like you, a high performing go-getter who wanted the physique that showed off all of my hard work. I thought working out more was the answer and felt guilty every time I couldn’t will power my way to only eating 1,200 calories of salads.
After doing two-a-days in the gym and getting lost in all of the conflicting articles online, wondering if this would apply to me and my goals I finally had enough and made one of the best decisions in my life…
I went all in, hired a nutrition coach, and went on to place in my first bikini show. Throughout the process I learned results were 70%+ driven from nutrition and I was hooked.
I went on to intern under my mentor, pass my NASN Nutritionist boards, and package all of my science and application tools into my signature Create Your Shape program. I’ve helped hundreds of ladies build their physique, improve their performance in the gym, and finally understand nutrition to live a balanced life.
I can honestly tell you that this is the best money and time that I have invested in myself in years.
I have learned how to approach food to be healthy, but still enjoy it and feel no guilt. I have gained back much needed self confidence and Love what I see when I look in the mirror.
